You may add additional authorized operators at the time of rental.

Both the primary renter and each additional authorized operator must be present to sign the rental agreement and meet standard rental qualifications, including the provision of a valid driver’s license and compliance with age requirements.

Please note that an additional driver fee of $15 daily charge applies for each authorized driver, in addition to daily insurance costs.

Pets are allowed in rental vehicles.

Customers need to keep pets crated and return their rental car in clean condition and free of pet hair to avoid cleaning/detailing fees.

Service animals used by customers with disabilities are allowed in the vehicle without a carrier.

You can not book a vehicle for someone else.

Please note that vehicle bookings must be made directly by the individual requiring the vehicle.

To insure your rental car with your personal auto insurance, please provide your insurance card and the declaration page of your policy. Your auto insurance must be eligible for transferable coverage and include full comprehensive and collision coverage. All insurance information will be verified during the booking process. If you do not have auto insurance, no worries our prices have insurance included.

Please be advised that all vehicles are restricted from leaving the state of South Carolina.

If a vehicle crosses the South Carolina state border, it will be automatically disabled.

All extensions must be requested at least three hours prior to your scheduled drop-off time.

Please note that a $50 charge will apply for late extensions, as a courtesy to other customers.

If payment is not made by the scheduled drop-off time, a late fee of $30 per hour will be incurred for each hour the vehicle is overdue.

Additionally, if the vehicle is returned more than two hours late, you will be charged for an additional day of rental.
